It is important that Libraesva counts the used licenses correctly. to obtain this it is necessary to configure it in an appropriate way.
Utixo has created a special script to be able to quickly configure the Exchange 2016 environment.
Starting with Exchange 2013, Microsoft changed the behavior of the Exchange Front End Transport service so that it no longer rejects invalid recipients after they've been specified. This is causing the Libra ESVA dynamic verification check to fail. To restore it requires some configuration steps in Exchange to use the default HubTransport connector, which is still SMTP compliant and rejects invalid recipients after they are specified using the RCPT TO command.
The solution is to enable the anti-spam agents on the Exchange side to be able to validate valid recipients and reject messages for those not present in the organization
The script to enable this feature can be obtained simply by opening a ticket to our support.
After running the script, you need to enable Dynamic Verification for the relevant domain on port 25 of the mail server
