Microsoft 365 license management takes place from the Utixo control panel, i.e. UCMP, and NOT from the Microsoft portal, this is because license upgrades and downgrades must pass through Utixo.
The Microsoft portal may show a different number of licenses than what is indicated by UCMP; this is normal.
For correct management, you should refer to the Utixo UCMP system (shop.serverweb.net).
Please follow these steps:
- Access your control panel
- Select the Microsoft 365 for Business product
- Click on the product
- Click on "request new licenses"
- Optionally, add the names of the mailboxes to be created or any other notes in the designated field
- Complete the order
- An invoice will be sent with the pro-rata amount calculated until the expiration of the primary contract
- Once the invoice is paid, the system will create the M365 account
