The management of Microsoft 365 licenses is done through the Utixo control panel, called UCMP, and NOT through the Microsoft portal. This is because all license upgrades and downgrades must go through Utixo.
The Microsoft portal may display a different number of licenses than the one shown in UCMP — this is normal.
For proper management, you must refer to the Utixo UCMP system (this site) and communicate any license changes from there.
Please proceed as follows:
- Log in to your control panel
- Select the Microsoft 365 for Business product by clicking on active
- You will see the current status of the purchased licenses. Use the "Request new licenses" button to change the number of licenses as desired.
- From here you can change the number of licenses — you can request or remove licenses.
Optionally, add the names of the mailboxes to be created or any other notes in the appropriate field. Once confirmed, a pro forma invoice will be generated, calculating the pro-rata amount aligned with the primary license expiration date.
After the pro forma invoice is paid, please allow a few hours for the license creation and assignment process.
