How to Request the Creation of a New Business User Account
If you need to add a new team member to your company and require a new account (email, Microsoft 365 access, cloud services, etc.), you can easily submit a support request by following these steps.
1. Access your Utixo support area
Go to the usual portal you use to submit support tickets. If you don't remember the link, you can access it directly here:

2. Open a new ticket
Click on “Open Ticket” or “Request Support”. You'll be asked to select the appropriate department for your request.
Recommended department: Technical Support / Microsoft 365 (or the one indicated by your Utixo contact)
3. Provide all necessary information
To allow our team to correctly set up the account, please include the following details:
Required information:
- Full name of the new user
- Desired email address (e.g. name.surname@company.com)
- User's role or department (e.g. sales, administration, production...)
- Requested license type (e.g. Microsoft 365 Business Basic / Standard / Premium)
Optional but helpful information:
- User’s phone number
- Access to specific files or folders
- Corporate email signature configuration
- Additional aliases or shared mailboxes (e.g. info@company.com → should also be delivered to this user)
4. Submit the ticket
Once the form is completed, submit the ticket. Our technical team will handle your request and keep you updated.
After submission, you will receive:
- 📩 Ticket opening confirmation
- 📩 Update once the user account is ready
5. User credentials delivery
When the account is ready, you will receive the following information:
- Username
- Temporary password
- Link for first access
- Guide to configure Outlook or OneDrive (if necessary)
