It is important to correctly configure the TXT record in DNS for SPF.
The SPF (Sender Policy Framework) record, within a domain, allows you to indicate which servers are used to send emails for that domain.
In this way the recipient will be able to verify that the email does not come from spammers or hackers, if it was sent from a server not indicated in the SPF.
Utixo uses an include, if you already have an SPF record you must add the following to the current string:
include spf.utixo.net
Instead, if you don't have the SPF record, the complete string is the following:
"v=spf1 +a +mx include:spf.utixo.net ~all"
This authorizes all Utixo servers to send on behalf of your domain, once the record is configured it is important to check it through the many tools available on the web, consider about 1 hour for DNS replication.
If you have the domain/DNS with Utixo, the configuration will be automatic and does not require your intervention.
If you have any doubts about the procedure, contact technical support.
Once the record is set, you can verify the correct configuration using the following SPF Checker tool:
https://www.dmarcanalyzer.com/spf/checker/
As you can see from the image, it is important that the result contains " include:spf.utixo.net " which indicates that the domain authorizes Utixo to send emails.
It is important that the tool signals that there are no configuration problems.
