View the body of an email

To access the content of an email directly from the message list, follow these steps:

In the email list, select the green envelope icon.
A screen with several navigation tabs will open.
Select the Message Actions tab.
Within this section, you will again find a green envelope.
By clicking this icon, the full body of the email will be displayed.
