Microsoft 365 Business is a comprehensive solution that combines the familiar Office apps with cloud collaboration tools, AI-powered productivity, and enterprise-grade security.
It is designed to help small and medium-sized businesses operate more efficiently by offering everything they need to manage work, communication, and productivity from one place.
Main limitations of Microsoft 365 Business
- User limit: up to 300 users per tenant
- OneDrive storage: 1 TB of cloud storage per user
- Online meetings: up to 30 hours long with up to 300 participants
- Email storage: varies based on the selected plan
- App access: some plans offer web/mobile only, others include desktop versions
- Security features: advanced plans include threat protection and data control
For larger organizations, Enterprise plans are available without these limitations.
How to order Microsoft 365 via UCMP
- Log into the UCMP control panel and go to the Shop section
- Select the product Microsoft 365 for Business (Basic, Standard, or Premium)
- Enter the domain name to be used (registered or new)
- Specify the number of licenses for each plan
- Select the billing frequency (monthly or annual)
- Proceed to checkout and complete the payment
Once payment is completed, go to service management in UCMP to finalize activation.
Create your Microsoft 365 tenant
If you don’t already have a Microsoft 365 tenant, you’ll need to create one by entering your desired domain name.
Fill in the required company details for the Microsoft Cloud Agreement (MCA).
Activation and processing
After submitting the request, the system will begin the activation process. Please allow a few hours for it to complete.
