How to Open a Support Ticket on UCMP Utixo

If you need technical support, follow the steps below to open a ticket through the UCMP platform. This allows our team to manage your request efficiently and transparently.

 

1. Log in to your Utixo account

Go to the Utixo login page and enter your credentials to access your client area.

2. Navigate to the “Support” section

In the main menu, find and click on "Support" or "Assistance".

3. Open a new ticket

Click on the "Open Ticket" or "New Ticket" button to access the request form.

4. Fill in the ticket details

Enter a clear subject and provide a detailed description of your issue or request. You may also attach relevant files to support your case.

5. Submit the ticket

After completing the form, click "Submit" to send your support request.

 

Confirmation and tracking

Once submitted, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the ticket number, which you can use to track the status of your request directly from the platform.
