Adding a CC Email in Support Tickets

In some cases, it is necessary to include an additional email address as a recipient in a support ticket. For example, the person involved in the ticket may want to add a personal email to receive updates without accessing the UCMP platform.

  1. Open a ticket from your account:
  • Open Ticket
  1. Reopen the ticket and add the CC email as shown in the image:
  • ticket email CC

This way, the email will receive all updates related to the ticket.
