How to Add a CC Email Address to Support Tickets

In certain cases, it may be helpful to add an additional email address in copy (CC) when creating a support ticket. For example, a user may want to receive ticket updates on a personal inbox without logging into the UCMP platform.

 

1. Open a new ticket

Log in to your UCMP account and open a support ticket using the standard procedure.

Fill out ticket form

2. Add a CC email address

After the ticket is created, reopen the conversation and enter the desired email address in the CC field, as shown in the following image:

This email address will then receive all updates and replies related to the ticket automatically.
