How to Grant Another User Access to Your Reserved Area
To allow another user to access your reserved area on shop.serverweb.net, just follow these simple steps.
Log in to your account
Go to shop.serverweb.net. Click on Account in the top right corner, enter your Email and Password, then click Login.
Forgot your password?
If you’ve forgotten your password, click on Forgot Password. Enter your email address and click Send: you'll receive an email with instructions to reset your password.
Accessing user management
Once logged in, you’ll see "Hi, [company name]!" in the top right corner. Click on it and select User Management from the dropdown menu.
Inviting a new user
In the Invite New User section, enter the email address of the person you want to grant access to, then click Send Invitation. The user will receive an email notification with instructions to access your reserved area.
