How to Pay Invoices via Direct Debit – SEPA
Requesting payment method activation
To enable the Direct Debit – SEPA payment option, you must send a request through the Utixo ticketing system. In the ticket, clearly state that you wish to activate this payment method.
Accessing the invoice to be paid
Once the option is activated, log into your Utixo client panel and open the invoice you wish to pay, making sure that Direct Debit – SEPA is selected as the payment method.
Setting up the SEPA mandate
Inside the invoice page, click on “Set up payment mandate” to begin the authorization process.
Filling out the form
Follow these steps to complete the SEPA mandate:
- Enter all required information in the first form, then click “Continue” at the bottom left.
- Fill out the second screen with the additional requested information and click “Continue” again.
