PEC Mailbox Storage Capacity
The certified email (PEC) mailbox can be extended up to a maximum capacity of 200 GB. This allows users to store a large volume of messages without needing to frequently delete or manage space manually.
Multi-User Access Feature
An optional multi-user add-on is available, enabling multiple authorized users to access the same PEC mailbox using individual login credentials.
This feature ensures improved traceability and secure usage, making it especially beneficial in business environments or shared access scenarios.
PEC Domain Certification
Domain certification is required to enable PEC on custom domains. However, domains ending in .biz or .be cannot be certified.
For all other domain extensions (TLDs), certification is typically available and can be activated without specific restrictions.
Compliant Archiving Service
In some cases, such as for specific customer categories or due to regulatory obligations, the activation of a compliant PEC archiving service is mandatory.
This service guarantees the legal validity of messages over time, covering both incoming and outgoing communications, in accordance with current regulations.
The cost of the service is approximately €10 + VAT per GB of archived space.
