Modify Calendar Sharing Permissions in Outlook
After sharing your calendar with other users, you can change the permissions at any time. This allows you to grant or revoke viewing, editing, or delegate access based on your preferences.
Follow the steps below to update calendar access rights in Microsoft Outlook.
1. Open the Calendar section
Launch Outlook and click on the Calendar icon located in the lower-left panel.
2. Access permission settings
From the top menu, go to the Home tab, then click on Calendar Permissions.
3. Adjust access levels
In the window that appears, select the Permissions tab. Here, you can:
- View the list of users who have access to your calendar
- Change permission levels (read-only, edit, delegate, etc.)
- Add or remove users as needed
4. Save your changes
After making your updates, click OK to save and apply the new permissions.
