To use Utixo Hosted Exchange it is necessary to configure the DNS appropriately, below we indicate the individual records to be configured:
MX RECORDS:
Point the MX records to the following hosts:
10 MX1.UTIXO.NET
10 MX2.UTIXO.NET
20 MX1.ACSITALIA.NET
20 MX2.ACSITALIA.NET
RECORD SRV:
Create an SRV record with the following content:
Hostname: _autodiscover._tcp
Target: mail.utixo.eu.
Weight: 1
Port: 443
Priority: 10
TTL: 3600
RECORD CNAME:
pop3 points to mail.utixo.eu
imap points to mail.utixo.eu
smtp points to mail.utixo.eu
To access OWA use the following URL: https://mail.utixo.eu
Each DNS server has its own syntax and therefore once the configuration has been made, check with any online DNS query tool that the configuration has been acquired correctly otherwise you risk not being able to receive mail.
NOTES: DNS propagation takes from 30 minutes to a few hours, the change does not take effect immediately.
