If the incoming mail service is working (emails are being downloaded correctly) but you're not receiving new messages, even though you know someone has emailed you, it's important to check the available space in your account.
1. Check the account disk space
Log in to the control panel and make sure there is still space available under Disk Available. If the space is full, the system may block new incoming emails.
2. Check the email account quota
If the overall disk space is sufficient, go to the email management section and check if the individual email account still has available space. Even a full single account can block incoming messages.
3. Contact us if the issue persists
If neither of the above situations applies and you're still not receiving emails, contact us for further checks and assistance.
