Except for EXCHANGE EMAIL mailboxes, personal email accounts on non-EXCHANGE plans do not have specific storage limits, other than those set by the main account’s quota.

 

Setting Quotas

It is advisable to always set a quota for each email account using the available tools in the management panels. This helps prevent unwanted situations, such as receiving emails with excessively large attachments that could fill up the available space.

Through the control panel, you can define or modify the quota for each mailbox. However, the following condition still applies:

Even if you set a 50 MB quota for an email account, it will only be possible to receive a 50 MB message if the total available space on the main account is greater than 50 MB (e.g., 50.1 MB).

Once the large email is downloaded, the occupied space is freed up and becomes available again for new messages.
