Issue: I am not receiving new emails

If your incoming mail service is working (emails are being downloaded correctly) but you are not receiving new messages, even though you know someone has sent them, it is important to check the available space in your account.

1. Check the account disk space

Log in to the control panel and make sure there is still available space under Disk Available. If the space is full, the system may block the reception of new emails.

2. Check the email account quota

If disk space is sufficient, go to email management and verify whether the individual email account still has available space. A full mailbox can also block new emails.

3. Contact us if the issue persists

If neither of the above situations applies and you are still not receiving emails, please contact us for further checks and assistance.
