Manual Configuration of Utixo Exchange Account in Outlook
If your Utixo Exchange account was created before September 10, 2021, or if you're having trouble with the standard Outlook setup, follow this guide to configure the account manually.

Configuration Steps
- Open the Windows Control Panel.

- Click on Mail (Microsoft Outlook).

- Access the Email Accounts section.

- Fill in the following fields:
- Name: any label to identify the account
- Email address: your Utixo email
- Password: provided during service activation
- When the authorization window appears, select “Don’t ask me about this website again” and click Allow.

- You will then be asked to enter your Exchange account credentials.
Use one of the following formats for your username:- username@acs-hosting.local
- acs-hosting\username
Enter your password and check "Remember my credentials" to avoid entering it every time Outlook starts.
*These credentials were provided when your service was activated.
- Click Finish to complete the configuration.

Outlook supports multiple email accounts and profiles, which is useful for separating work and personal environments or managing multiple identities.
