The Utixo control panel is essential for the management of cloud services, it allows full management of both the administrative and technical parts, so it may be necessary to give multiple users access, each with its own level of permission and with the necessary visibility.
Only the account owner can add users, the account owner is who initially created the account.
To add a user, log in to the control panel once you have entered you can see these items in the menu at the top right:
We have :
- Users: users can access the control panel and operate on the basis of the permissions set
- Contacts: it is a personal data to allow the receipt of emails concerning specific aspects (invoices, support, products, domains, etc)
To add users it is necessary to send a mailing with a link valid for 7 days which, once accepted by the recipient, will enable access.
