Outlook allows you to open and access PST data files, useful for retrieving emails, contacts, and other previously saved content.
Steps to open a PST file
1. In the main Outlook menu, click File.
2. Go to Open & Export > Open Outlook Data File.
3. In the window that appears, browse to the location of the desired PST file and click OK.
4. You'll return to the home screen, where a new folder labeled Outlook Data File will appear.
5. Now that the PST file is attached to Outlook, you can choose to move its content into your main mailbox or keep it accessible as a separate file.
