Restore a VPS from a backup it's easy but if the VPS runs windows it can have some problems booting up.
In this situation mount the windows server ISO and boot up again, it will start the windows installation.
Select repair your installation option.
Mount the ISO VirtIO Windows Drivers 0.1.266 which contains the windows drivers to be able to read the windows disk.
Locate the disk mounted, in this case is drive D
load the driver:
drvload E:\vioscsi\2k22\amd64\vioscsi.inf
Mount again the Windows server ISO
Now look for the NTFS or FAT32 partition and locate the windows folder.
exit partdisk and run:
mbr2gpt /validate /disk:0
