How to Associate a Client to Your Agent Profile

In the Agents section of your dashboard, you’ll find two types of web links you can use to associate clients with your account:

1. Referral Link

The Referral link allows for a basic Client / Agent association. In this mode:

  • You earn commissions on the client’s orders
  • You do not have access to the client’s dashboard

This link is intended for public sharing and can be used in:

  • Banners
  • Social media posts
  • Forum signatures and emails

Users who click the link are redirected to our shop, and if they register or place an order, the association is created automatically.

Main features:

  • Public sharing
  • Automatic Client / Agent association
  • Earn commissions
  • Your contact info is not shared with the client

2. Service Manager Link

The Service Manager link allows for an advanced Client / Agent association, where you act as the client's Service Manager. In this mode:

  • The client must grant consent
  • You can access the client’s dashboard to manage services and orders
  • The client will see your contact details

This link should be sent directly to existing or potential clients via email or private message. If the user is not logged in, they will be asked to register or log in before granting access.

Main features:

  • Direct sharing with specific clients
  • Client / Service Manager association with explicit consent
  • Earn commissions
  • Dashboard access for service management
  • Your contact info is visible to the client

Registering a new client manually

If the client does not yet have an account, you can register it yourself by following these steps:

  1. Log out of your own agent account
  2. Go to Register and fill out the client’s details
  3. Log in with the new client account
  4. Visit your Service Manager link while logged in as the client to complete the association
